Country Clean provided excellent service for my move. I had them come to give me an estimate and then scheduled the date for the move. They came on time, sent 4 employees and 2 trucks. The work was done professionally and they were careful with our belongings. All items are now being stored at their warehouse. The employees were very pleasant and easy to work with. I would definitely use them again. I was very happy with their services.

To all concerned,
Our home of forty years burned on June 5, 2012. This is the only home we owned and the only house we had lived in during our 48 years of marriage. The loss we felt, as we looked at our house that evening, was beyond description. Our last living parent had moved in with us just three months earlier. The stress and anxiety we felt was overwhelming. We were thankful that we were alive and safe, but had no idea what to do or expect next. At the ages of 69 and 70, with an aging parent, it was hard to imagine how we could get through this situation. The Fayetteville Fire Department did a remarkable job to save most of our belongings and the basic structure of our house and home, but as we walked through the house that evening there was only a feeling of hopelessness. The damage from the fire, smoke, and water seemed devastating. I reported the fire to Nationwide around midnight and was very quickly notified that a claims adjuster had been assigned and would be there in the morning.
I must say that Country Clean is absolutely outstanding. Tommy Smith and his employees are one of the most efficient operations I have ever encountered. We actually enjoyed working with all of them. Every one of them has a job and knows how to do it. Tommy impressed us immediately with his direct and friendly manner. He is the company and the person you want looking after your most valuable and most cherished items. He is a person who inspires his clients and employees. We were amazed that his team was able to pack out our house in one day. No one ever stopped all day long and all items were packed, wrapped and labeled with photos of every item. The crew was cheerful and worked together and really seemed to enjoy working together. It is great to see how much can be done when people work as a team. Tommy Smith talks straight and you can book it if he says it. We went by their warehouse several times to pick up needed items while the house was under construction. We could call a few days ahead of time and they would have it waiting for us when we arrived. We always looked forward to the pickups because it gave us a chance to see everyone again. We give Country Clean our highest recommendation.
Thanks to Nationwide for giving us our home back. We are not quite finished, but I have no doubt that the final pieces will fall into place soon. We really appreciate the Nationwide Family and their ability to reach out to us in our time of need. We realize how fortunate we are to have Nationwide on our side after some of the horror stories of other people who had other insurers in similar situations. Employees make the difference and Nationwide had all the right people in the right places for us. We have shared our Nationwide experience with many others and hope that will be of benefit to them and to your company. We appreciate all that all have done on our behalf.

Dear Mr. Barnes,
On June 13,2009, my mother, Jessie Oleta Matthews, experienced a grease fire. We were extremely fortunate that a friend arrived at her home shortly after the fire began. Otherwise, the end result would have most likely been tragic.
Mama is 88 years old so we children try to help her as much as possible by handling situations such as the fire for her. It became my responsibility to assist her with this project. What could have been a very difficult and time consuming job was made extremely easy due to the following two (2) reasons:
(1) Julie Bowen, Senior Field Adjuster:
Ms. Bowen was very professional while at the same time was very much aware of the stress and confusion this situation had created for my mother. Her friendly but
businesslike personality allowed us to see her as not only an insurance adjuster but as a person who cares about the people she serves as well. She explained
the procedure in a manner that was thorough, accurate and easily understood by all. Her understanding of our situation, her knowledge of the insurance company
procedures and her ability to communicate went a long ways to relieving our mom's anxiety. She was also very prompt in authorizing approved payments.
We appreciate her and what she did for our family. Farm Bureau is fortunate to have Ms. Bowen as a part of your organization.
(2) Country Clean, Inc.
Due to an excellent recommendation given to us, we contacted this company for an estimate. From the very beginning they gained our trust and appreciation. Mr.
Smith, company owner, came to Mama's house and sat down and talked with us. He explained how his company works, the people involved and what we could expect from them if we decided to hire them.
Later several representatives from their company met with us to give an estimate. The estimate was very, very detailed covering every aspect of the project. We
appreciate this extra effort as it eliminated any surptises later in the process. They coordinated this visit to coincide with Ms. Bowen's visit, therefore, allowing discussion between the two (2) pariies. This procedure eliminated the need for back and forth conversions between all involved and was time saver and stress reducer. After meeting with the company managers, Mama and I felt comfoliable in allowing staff from this organization to come in to her home without a family member being present at all times. We knew that they would only hire workers who were honest and who could be trusted. And we were correct. The work they accomplished was great. They used their
time wisely and kept to the time frame previously established. The results of their cleaning show without a doubt that they knew the best methods for accomplishing and completing the job in the most efficient and effective manner.
I would without hesitation recommend the services of Country Clean, Inc., P. O.Box 861, Dunn, N.C. 28335. Phone 910-892-1717 and 1-800-347-8171 to anyone who is in need of this type of assistance.
What could have been a difficult, stressful and time-consuming experience turned out to be so easy. I sincerely appreciate the efforts of Julie Bowen and Country Clean for their services.
Thanks to all involved.
